The 80 m² house is typically Breton with its exposed stones and its interior beams. You will enjoy the non adjoining terrace (about 7 metres in front) and the garden.

Inside your cottage, on the ground floor, you will find a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge and separate toilet.
In the living room, you will have a table with 6 chairs and in the equipped kitchen: electric hob, fridge freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, electric and capsule coffee machine (Nespresso), electric kettle and toaster. Not forgetting the kitchen utensils and crockery.
For cleaning and laundry, there is a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a broom and a hoover.
Relax in the living room with a sofa and armchairs. A television and a sound system are provided.

The bedrooms are located on the first floor.
- Firstly, 1 bedroom double with 1 bed of 140 x 190 cm and a private shower room.
- Then 1 triple bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 190 cm and 1 bed 90 x 200 cm also having its own private shower room and dressing room.
Baby equipment can be loaned on request. This equipment includes: a cot, a high chair, a changing mat, a baby bath and a potty.
The services of our domain for your stay
The 3 Rivers Estate is divided into 5 cottages and surrounded by a fenced garden of approximately one hectare. Whether in summer or winter, you can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture. If you want to grill, feel free to use the barbecue.
Between two swims in the swimming pool (covered and heated from April to November), you can walk around our domain. If you wish to play ping-pong or petanque, equipment is available outside or in a covered shelter.
Services, options and terms of your booking
Take advantage of free services such as Wi-Fi, internet. We also offer optional services. Your charges are included in the price of our cottages.
- Linen is provided: tea towel and hand towel.
If you want to enjoy your holiday and not worry about it, we offer other packages :
- The housekeeping package can be purchased for €60. This does not exempt the tidying up of the gite and a brief cleaning before the keys are returned at the end of your stay.
- Bed linen not included : Bed linen rental and beds made on arrival : 10€ per bed.
- If you don’t have any towels, they can be provided for your stay: Fixed price of 6€ per person.
We ask for 2 cheques for the caution: one for an amount of 1000€ for the gite and a second one for 60€ for the cleaning deposit (if option not subscribed).
