Rent a cottage for your holidays in South Brittany
Discover our delightful living room equipped with a table with 6 chairs as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your comfort. In the living room, everything is set up to relax you: a sofa, armchairs, a wood stove as well as a TV and an audio system to listen to your favourite music.
In the kitchen, crockery and cutlery are provided, as well as all the necessary utensils. There is a gas and electric hob and if you want to do some shopping, there is a fridge and a freezer in the house. You can have a pleasant breakfast thanks to the toaster and two coffee machines: electric and Nespresso with capsules. A kettle is also available.
In order to avoid the hassle of doing the dishes during your stay, there is a dishwasher in the kitchen. For your cleaning and laundry, there is a washing machine, an iron and ironing board as well as a hoover and broom.
Independent cottage, ideal for your peace and quiet
On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms:
- First bedroom: 1 bed 160 x 200 cm
- Second bedroom: 2 beds 90 x 200 cm
The toilets are separate. The shower room is equipped with a shower. A baby equipment including a cot, a high chair, a changing mat as well as a bathtub and a potty can be provided on request.
Services during your stay near Lorient
Your cottage is located on an estate comprising 4 other cottages. We have a garden of about one hectare which is enclosed. It is possible to relax in a covered and heated swimming pool from April (Easter) to November (All Saints).
You can also spend afternoons or mornings in a covered shelter with games such as table tennis. Enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue to take advantage of the beautiful Morbihan weather.
Services, options and terms of your booking
Some services are free or optional depending on your needs. Wi-Fi, internet are provided free. The charges are included in the cottages’ price.
- Linen is provided: tea towel and hand towel.
- Your first wooden basket is offered in winter (value 10€).
There are also paid options:
- The housekeeping package can be purchased for €60. This does not exempt the tidying of the cottage and a brief cleaning before the return of the keys at the end of the stay.
- Bed linen not included : Bed linen rental and beds made on arrival : 10€ per bed.
- If you don’t have any towels, they can be provided for your stay: Fixed price of 6€ per person.
Please provide 2 cheques for the deposit: 1000€ for the gite and 60€ cleaning deposit (if option not subscribed).
