PMR accessible cottage in Brittany
This 62 m² cottage is adapted to receive people with reduced mobility (PMR) on the ground floor. You will enjoy the living room open to the terrace and a clear view of the garden.
Morbihan PMR cottage: stay in an adapted cottage
On the ground floor, you will find a equipped kitchen with a living room that can accommodate 4 people around a table. The living room will offer you all the necessary comfort, namely a sofa and armchairs to watch TV or listen to music via the audio system.
The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cooking utensils. You will be able to cook on a daily basis thanks to the electric hob and the fridge-freezer. A microwave will allow you to heat up your dishes and a dishwasher will save you time to enjoy our beautiful region.
In the morning, enjoy a Nespresso capsule coffee or an electric coffee maker. Are you more of a tea person? There is also a kettle and a toaster for your toast.
For your laundry, you will find a washing machine as well as an iron and ironing board. For your cleaning, a hoover and a broom.
Cottage with PMR accessible bedroom
The cottage offers a large master bedroom on the ground floor as well as 2 bedrooms individual on the first floor.
- Parent bedroom: one bed 160 x 200 cm with shower room and WC.
- 2 bedrooms upstairs: each offers 1 bed in 90 x 200 cm, ideal for 2 children.
If you have a baby, we lend equipment on request (cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath and potty). A barrier secures the stairs.
Cottage La Ria d’Étel : our services for your stay
You can enjoy the sunshine on your private terrace including garden furniture and a barbecue. Our estate covers more than one hectare and we have 4 other cottages.
You will enjoy our fenced garden as well as our covered and heated swimming pool (from April to November). Collective games (table tennis) are available under a covered shelter all year round.
Services, options and terms of your booking
In addition to our free services, we provide optional services, it is up to you to let us know if you are interested in any of them. Wi-Fi for internet access is free on the estate. Charges related to the cottages are included in the price.
- Linen is provided: tea towel and hand towel.
- The cleaning package can be subscribed for 60 €. This does not exempt the tidying of the cottage and a summary cleaning before the return of the keys at the end of the stay.
- Bed linen not included : Bed linen rental and beds made on arrival : 10€ per bed.
- If you don’t have any towels, they can be provided for your stay: Fixed price of 6€ per person.
For the caution, please provide 2 cheques: a cheque for 1000€ for the cottage and a cheque for 60€ for the cleaning deposit (if option not subscribed).
